How We Work
Billing is transparent
The initial call is charged at 1 hour minimum, followed by 30 minute increments.
We charge $150 (CAD) per hour for ad hoc support.
For example: Support is $150 per hour, the first hour will be billed in full regardless of time taken within that hour, followed by $75 every 30 minutes after the first hour.
We serve small, micro, and solo businesses
Most small businesses using cloud services do not need cumbersome Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) or ongoing retainers. While this may sound counter-intuitive, we leave bulky SLAs and urgent support to the larger IT companies that have staff on call for critical, immediate issues. We work remotely and don’t tie you down!
Everyone is trained in ethics, security, and privacy
Anyone that works on your computer has been required to sign ethics, security, and privacy agreements, and we hold this in the highest regard. We will also gladly enter into a Data Processing Agreement with you should you require it.
