Gotaminute? was founded by Ross Saunders in response to a lack of quality ad hoc service for specialized verticals, along with the prevalence of excessive contracts, red tape, and annual retainers required by many IT providers in Canada. With the cloud having progressed and remote support able to cover the vast majority of issues, it’s time the world changed in deploying excellent service.

We are a handful of passionate and experienced IT geeks that believe that support for small and sensitive businesses shouldn't be governed by expensive and cumbersome SLAs. We are a mix of employees and paid volunteers that offer our time during and after working hours to give you corporate service at small business rates.
